We offer you our expertise in 3D CAD design for the development and implementation of medical devices and factory automation. Our technical know-how, our creativity and our methodical approach form the basis for exacting, safe and dependable solutions. For this we combine technically sophisticated mechanics, microsystems technology and the most advanced electronics into a complete system. We advise you in manufacturing and supplier issues and undertake the manufacturing of single parts, prototypes, pilot production and equipment for factory automation. The three dimensional model data are simultaneously the basis for calculations and simulations and a later CNC production. |

We carry out our developments with the 3D CAD system SolidWorks. Comprehensive interfaces allow the importation of data to and from various CAD systems. |

Application example |
Electrohydraulic drive for an implantable heart support system The driver is a wear-free radial flow pump. A flow reversal is achieved by an axial translational displacement of the rotor, allowing us to dispense with a valve. Thus, there is only one moving part, the greatest possible simplification of the driver is warranted and we are able to obtain a high inbuilt operational reliability. For this project, we developed the mechanical and electronic components and manufactured the prototypes. |
